The steel frame supporting this floor was repurposed from the shelving system of a souvenir showroom in Hoi An&#8217;s Old Town. The perforated iron facade, classic patterned tiles, and sanitary and lighting fixtures were all reused from another furniture showroom. Notably, the old tempered glass curtain wall, discarded from the renovation of a previous house, was used for the doors, partitions, and the entire railing of this floor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scope of work: design consulting, supervision &amp; construction of multi-functional apartments.
