Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience across projects of varying scales and styles.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit, etc.).
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility.

Architectural Drafter

Job Description:

• Produce 2D drawings for architectural projects, including interior and exterior elements.
• Develop technical drawings from 3D design models.
• Assist with site surveys and measurements.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Perform other office duties as assigned, including document preparation, design file organization, printing, and archiving.
