Design concept: The owner operates several rental properties. However, for this compact residence, the goal is to attract long-term guests seeking a fully-equipped space that meets the needs of a large family or group of friends sharing the property for an extended rental period. The functional layout is clearly organized: the ground floor features a semi-indoor, semi-outdoor swimming pool, a sunbathing area, kitchen, and BBQ entertainment zone; the 45m² mezzanine level serves as family quarters; the upper floor comprises one double bedroom and another family bedroom with attic access.
