Description: This project sits across from Hoianation (designed by ToAM in 2018). Beginning in 2020, it represents another compelling undertaking. “Old wine in new bottles”—a family residence has been thoughtfully restructured by ToAM into a rental apartment model. Spanning 360m², the renovated house comprises 3 main floors and 1 penthouse level, accommodating a total of 8 rental units, while the entire ground floor remains as a private living space for the homeowners.
