Services provided: design consultation, supervision & construction package & support for the first 2 months of operation, including business licensing components for LY’S NEST – VỀ TỔ.
Location: Kiệt Thông Phong, Sơn Phong Ward, Hội An City.
Area: 80 m² land, 130 m² built-up space.
Investment capital: 1,400,000,000 VND.
Timeline: 6 months; completed in January 2019.
Concept: The client is a friend currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, but returns home 1-2 times each year. This small apartment was conceived from the idea of “migratory birds.” The triangular perforated brick pattern on the facade at the staircase intentionally represents the rhythm of a bird’s nest. Interior elements—artwork themes, bedding, and décor—were developed around this narrative. The apartment comprises 2 rooms of 35 m² each, fully equipped with kitchen and amenities, meeting standards for a family with one young child; the remaining 2 rooms at 18 m² share a washing machine and dryer in the common storage area.
